SEFANN presents an educational offering every other month at the regular meetings.  Members who attend, receive one CEU for the evening presentation.  SEFANN is a Florida CEU provider and all continuing education credits are posted for licensed nurses through Florida CE-Broker.

Every year in March we host the annual Hot Topics in the Tropics Neonatal  Nursing Conference. 
Participants rate our conference highly and return each year for the latest in neonatal nursing.   We offer 14 CEU's for nursing at this two day event and provide refreshments during the day as well as breakfast and lunch for attendees.

Hot Topics 2010 will be on March 11th and 12th. at the Elk's Club on SW 72 St. in Miami.  Registration forms may be downloaded here.

SEFANN volunteers plan and host Hot Topics and we always welcome new volunteers.

Scholarships: SEFANN offers 3 educational scholarships annually to active members.  These $300.00 scholarships depend on availability of funds each year.  Active members who have attended at least one half of the chapter meetings may apply in writing for 1 educational scholarship annually.  Please state the reason for your request with information regarding any research project or other intentions for using this educational benefit.  Send all requests to SEFANN, PO Box 344306, Homestead, FL 33034.
